DR MATSANGA DAVID; DOES WILLIAM RUTO THINK KENYANS NEED ANCIENT TOOLS LIKE WHEELBARROWS?  Why is William Ruto exploiting Kenyans and taking them as a collection of dumb and stupid people?  Seriously how can you wake up from your multi million mansion in a leafy suburbs in Nairobi, hope into your state of the art , customised and ridiculous expensive fuel guzzling limo and taken to a helipad where your multi billion choppers are lined. Then board one of the choppers while carrying millions to give to your political cheerleaders only to deliver a yellow painted wheelbarrows to our well educated youths.  How heartless, gutless and insensitive can you be to think Kenyans deserve and want wheelbarrows? I want an answer to this questions that are begging for answers.
