CECM MANYALA CAUTIONS AGAINST ILLEGAL SEWAGE LINE CONNECTIONS TO STORMWATER DRAINS Illegal sewage line connections to stormwater drains remain a huge problem in Mombasa County according to the County Government, who now warned that action will be taken against perpetrators of such acts. CECM Manyala Dan of Transport, Infrastructure and Governance said such illegal connections pollute the environment, damage public infrastructure, pose serious public health risks, and are a violation of the law.
