HON OMAR ADAN REAFFIRMS HIS COMMITMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESS  By Abdi Sama Timberlake  Kamukunji MP candidate Hon Omar Adan has reiterated his commitment to focus on substantive policy for rapid development in infrastructure, education and healthcare saying Kamukunji has been left behind in many sectors despite the constituency receiving a huge amount of money in NG-CDF.  Mr Omar lamented the sorry state of Infrastructural affairs in the area, citing dilapidated roads that turn to swamps during rainy season.  "Our roads are impassable and in bad state, drainages are clogged and waste spillage is all over exposing the people to health hazards " he said.  Mr Omar promised to transform the area infrastructure by ensuring all the major and access roads are rehabilitated and their conditions improved.  Many people view him as a transformative figure and a champion of progress and empowerment.
