As the Deputy Governor, he has consistently curtailed plans by the County Government of Wajir to carry out major projects in the constituency, blocked efforts to have access roads in the area and even knocked down plans to install security mast lights on several places in the vast constituency.

Ahmed Caato is the ultimate enemy of Wajir South and an adversary of development and progress. He has no business running for any office, let alone representing the great people of Wajir South.
