MOHAMED OSMAN ALI, CECM TRADE, TOURISM AND CULTURE MOMBASA COUNTY ATTENDS TOURISM BOARD TECHNICAL MEETING  CECM Trade, Tourism and Culture, Mombasa County Mr Mohamed Osman Ali attended a one-day technical meeting hosted by KTB (Kenya Tourism Board) organized for County Executive Committee members (CECM) in charge of Tourism &Tourism Directors from Coast counties at Voyager Beach Resort.  The meeting aimed to provide knowledge and tools to develop diverse tourism experiences aligned with changing global consumer trends. The agenda included sessions on repositioning the destination, product development and thinking into the tourism future.  The expected outcome is the establishment of a County Tourism Engagement Framework to enhance tourism activities and promote industry growth in Kenya.

GARISSA COUNTY GOVERNOR HAS LET HIS YOUNGER BROTHER RUN THE GOVERNMENT. KEEPS CAUSING HAVOC.  Garissa County Governor Nathif Jama has let his younger brother Abdiaziz run the county affairs and the young man is making every effort to order senior officials around including but not limited County Secretary all while living lavishly splashing around monies meant for development for the great people of Garissa county.  Abdiaziz wields enormous amount of power that he retains the power to hire anyone he so much wishes while he has no constitutional mandate or portfolio to carry out those actions.  The Governor knows his younger brother is causing havoc and misusing the county resources. Apparently, he is happy and as confidential reports from some county employees who cannot be named for fear of dismissal and retaliation state, the brother in question even has drivers paid for by the county coffers.  Stay tuned for more information and news on blog websites

DADAJABULA MEDICAL CAMP BY MOHAMMED ADOW FOUNDATION WAS A HUGR SUCCESS  Health is indeed wealth so goes the adage. Wajir South MP Hon Mohammed Adow has been passionate about the welfare and the wellbeing of his constituents. This assertion has been cemented this week when Mohammed Adow Foundation in conjuction with Kenya Defence Forces carried out The Dadajabula Medical Camp. The Medical Camp rendered invaluable health aid to over 250 patients, providing free medical check-ups and treatment. Resolute response by the public to the call to present themselves at the camp was the evidence of how important the exercise was. The camp was subsequently followed by a tree planting ceremony and the distribution of sustenance generously donated by the Kenya Defence Force (KDF). Wajir South MP Hon Mohammed Adow has been in office in a span of less than 6 months and his fantastic job is glaringly visible and evident in the vast constituency.
