AMB UKUR YATANI IS WHAT MARSABIT COUNTY NEEDS FOR IT TO PROSPER

In their quest to search for a leader who is both development minded and a unifying factor between different clans living in the vast terrain of Marsabit, the people got a gem. A man who has consistently stood with his people and delivered in almost every pledge he made. Hon Ukur Yatani, former Governor of Marsabit county is now back to redeem the lost glory, hope and dreams of Marsabit county.

A man worth every praise directed to him, he has been on the forefront in agitating for the welfare of the people he represent and Northern region at large. He brought alot of positive development in every sector and that’s manifested in projects that has been funded by the county government he led. Sadly all the gains and progress is being reversed by self imposed Absheero who rigged the last elections.

To many people Ukur is the darling of the masses and a political Supremo who has defined the landscape of leadership in this part of the country. The great people of Marsabit cant and will never forget his positive contribution in making Marsabit great. He is fondly called Simba which means a lion. And true to that name, he is a man worth 20 men. Not my words but the very words of ordinary men and women from this County.

The common mwananchi here in Marsabit can’t come to terms with how we ended up with an evil person Absheero as a Governor. Out went people centred leadership and in came wolves who are out to devour the people. Cry for our Marsabit county. Cry for the development that have stagnated since Amb UKUR has gone. Marsabit is now an orphan. We have no father or mother.

But let's redeem our county by voting for Hon Ukur again.
