Hassan Aden Gumo is a renown avid human right crusader, activist and has been agitating for corruption free governance in Garissa and northern part of Kenya for a decade now is urging those seeking elective seats to stop the petty and cheap PR and tell the electorates and the people of Garissa county what they will do if elected.

Mr Gumo who is known for his fierce and sometimes confrontational approach to issues of governance has warned Garissa residents to be wary and careful of some politicians who have been hibernating only to rise and engage in cheap events and activities to hoodwink the masses. 

"You can see them now doing cleaning and sweeping exercise with cameras and other media around in order to present themselves as genuine and honest people. They have nothing to say to the people or what they will change fromthe current situation. Just nonsense PR." 

Mr Gumo said Garissa county people will vote for someone who has the ability and the interest of the common men and women at heart and not the dynasties. 

His unrelenting cause of putting to task authorities and taking them heads on to address issues that touches on violations of human rights has made him earn both friends and foes. But Mr Gumo has vowed to never give up.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
