UPYA MOVEMENT IS A COLLECTION OF POLITICAL CON ARTISTS AND REJECTS SEEKING RELEVANCE AND OUT TO HOODWINK THE PASTORAL COMMUNITY. REJECT THEM.



The UPYA MOVEMENT nonsense is a political ploy from political rejects and a collection of individuals who have reached their political menopause and desperately trying to resuscitate their dwindling political fortunes through the hastily and haphazardly formed group.

Led by the former Governor of Marsabit county Amb Ukur Yatani and a group of political hangers-on, they purport to represent the Pastoralist community. Nothing can be further from the truth.

In its ranks, the directionless and confused UPYA proponents boasts of thieves who have already fleeced the public coffers , rejects , murderers and individuals who are poised to be condemned to political oblivion soon by the electorates.

The UPYA gang masquerading as a movement have never gathered to discuss the issues facing the pastoral community in their entire period snce elected. Few month to the elections, they have appeared magically fr nowhere in a bid to hoodwink the voters with their baseless rhetoric and stale statements.

The pastoralist community will not be hoodwinked by a collection of self serving and selfish political rejects who want to ride using the name of the community.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
