WAJIR SOUTH RESIDENTS ENDORSE MR ADOW AS THEIR PREFERRED CANDIDATE TO REPRESENT THE AREA AS THEIR MP



Wajir South parliamentary aspirant Mr Mohamed Adow received heroic and pomp welcome when he officially hit the road to ask for the mandate of the great people of Wajir South to be their MP in the forthcoming elections.

Women broke into songs of praise as the men put the dusts on their feet by doing the traditional Somali jig called Diisow.

The people of Wajir South including the elders , opinion makers and the Sheikhs unanimously endorsed Mohamed Adow as their preferred candidate to replace the incumbent.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
