Dr David Matsanga Exposes William Ruto's Shallowness With a Hard Hitting Article

☑️I stand on this platform as a POLITICAL  RISK ANALYST to challenge any reader of this article to give answers to some of the points I will raise in this critical analysis.The truth be told the 2010  Constitution of Kenya  needs to be revisited in order to change a few obnoxious articles that have brought the points I have raised here .

☑️To begin with let us be honest my fellow Africans. President Uhuru Kenyatta will have served two full terms as President by August 2022. Similarly, William Ruto will have served two full terms as Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. This is a political fact as it is a constitutional reality. At least Pesident Uhuru Kenyatta has never disowned himself or his office even a single day.

☑️One wonders where William Ruto gets the moral courage or the legal backing to disown the office of Deputy President. An office he occupies and earns salary for today!! As if that is not enough, Dr. Ruto has the magic" to cherry pick and claim ownership of government successes and blame President Uhuru Kenyatta on the failures.

☑️According to William Ruto's wisdom, all the success stories of first term are his. And, anything that did not work someone else bears the blame. His narrative for the second term is even more interesting....all the second term completed projects are as a result of his vision and the ideas he contributed during the first term.

☑️The failures are to be blamed on the handshake, President Kenyatta, Raila Odinga and Matiang'i!!! Unfortunately, some Kenyans believe this ghost narrative. How deceptive can a politician like William Ruto be?? Ruto cannot speak of corruption because it corrodes his mouth. Ruto cannot talk about the scourge of corruption because his party has many candidates for Kamiti Prison.

☑️If anyone  was  to believe that the successes of Jubilee regime belongs to Ruto and failures belong elsewhere, then it means Ruto is a superman who has served two terms as both Deputy President and President as well. It also means he should not be seeking re-election in 2022 for he has done his bit for the country, including nearly slapping the President. 

☑️I think when President Kenyatta says that he and William Ruto are going home together, among other things, Uhuru is telling Kenyans..."this Mr. Know it all has claimed ownership of the entire Presidency  .So Why Does he Need Another 10 Year Mandate? For change to come, let someone else take leadership of the country." The President is also telling us that no one has the monopoly of knowledge. 

☑️Furthermore, in the last one month Kenyans have  witnessed Raila Odinga and Martha Karua making significant gains in Mt. Kenya region and among women and the critical civil society peerage. The other aspect many people may have overlooked is...besides the central Kenya voters, Martha Karua has another unique constituency.

 ☑️It is a constituency which is not confined in one region, one ethnic community or one gender or a particular age group. It's a national constituency that celebrites integrity in leadership, honesty in politics, steely adherence to constitutionalism and the rule of law, principle and uncompromising war against corruption.

 ☑️I call this constituency The Patriots Brigade. This brigade may count for two to three million votes which most likely could not have been cast without Martha on the ticket. That is the truth and for me who studied politics not plants like  Ruto , I tell the truth .

☑️So when the President talks about Martha Karua  ascending to power and Ruto going home in one sentence, he has done the calculation. You can also check the above facts and add those votes to the traditional Raila constituency which has fought for democracy while Ruto was killing people in 1992 YK92 brigade of thuggery.  The goose is cooked! 

☑️I will not address the question of International actors for now. But let me say this. Were it not for the fact that some  international agencies are being cautious of not  being  accused of trying to interfere with Kenya's democracy some guys would not be on campaign trail.

 ☑️East or West Ruto is shallow and spews lies to the masses who might not know his sinister plans.But to end  the misery , the  Tsunamic move will be after  9th August 2022. Wait for the Tsunamic pronouncement .

They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
