MWALIMU HABAT IS A MAN OF CHARACTER AND WITH THE DETERMINATION TO MAKE GARISSA TOWNSHIP THE BEST CONSTITUENCY IN KENYA. 


If Garissa Township constituency wants to embark on a road towards progress and continue  prospering, growing and developing, we have no option but to elect a man who embodies the spirit of servant leadership. That man is Hon Mwalimu Habat Abdi.

Mr Habat Abdi hailed from humble background, became a primary school teacher and through sheer determination and faith and hard work he rose through the ranks to become a very senior Director at the ministry of education. This, he has not achieved it through the back door or through skewed ways but through valid avenues.


He is a man full of character, determination to work for the masses and staunchly agitate for the rights of our people especially the youths and mothers. We need to ardently rally behind Mr Mwalimu Habat. Yes. That's the reality unless you make political decisions based on cheap clan and party matrix. 


Many will seek the mandate of the people but not all of them are fit to lead. We will have sponsored heads out to flaunt their teeth and joke around. Garissa township doesn't need that. Others will employ the dreaded party mentality in a bid to tilt the game to their side. We must not buy that either. 


Township needs leadership based on issues affecting people. Issues of great importance to the common folks are not realised by petty politics. It's hard work and determination. 


The only person who has the interest of the people and specifically the issues affecting our people is none other than Habat Abdi Sheikh.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
