HON ADEN DUALE ACCOMPANIES PRESIDENT RUTO TO KINSHASA DRC. (PHOTOS)


Defence Cabinet Secretary Hon Aden Duale accompanied President William Samoei Ruto to Kinshasa, DRC where President Felix Tshisekedi played host at the People's Palace of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The talks were centered around, 'Peace for Prosperity.'

Kenya plays a pivotal position in the maintenance of peace with her East Africa neighbours and beyond. Kenyan forces, over the years, have taken pride in being part of many successful peace keeping missions in different parts of the continent.

The two agreed to form a joint committee of experts who will steer trade and investment, security, agriculture, energy and public service talks, keeping a keen eye on the security and stability of the two countries.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
