HON ADEN DUALE'S MEETING WITH UK ARMED FORCES MINISTER (PHOTOS)

Hon Aden Duale, cabinet Secretary of Defence welcomed UK armed forces Minister Rt Hon James Heappey at the Defence Headquarters where they discussed myriads of issues including Defence cooperation among other things.

A press release on his social media accounts states;

The United Kingdom has been instrumental in its role of shaping our military and security agencies. We have, in previous years, enjoyed immense Defense and bilateral cooperation. We have long standing Defense Cooperation Agreements of its kind in the region. 

That was at the centre of our talk when the UK Minister for Armed Forces, Rt. Hon. James Heappey, paid me a courtesy visit at the Defence Headquarters, Nairobi which covered regional peace and security.

They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
