HON ZAMZAM MOHAMMED JOINS OTHER LEADERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO MARK THE END OF MOMBASA INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR. 


Hon Zamzam Mohammed joined a host of other leaders for the official ceremony to mark the end of this year's Mombasa International Trade Fair at Mkomani A.S.K show grounds. 

The County MP had an opportunity to visit several stands showcasing great levels of innovation especially the Micro and Small enterprises and vowed to support and promote micro businesses in a bid to empower the great innovators. 

Hon Zamzam also awarded trophies and certificates to authorities and sectors that have registered a remarkable performances. She extended her appreciations and acknowledged the role of the National Government, City County Government of Mombasa under the leadership of Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir, the defence Forces and all sponsors 

Also present was Chairlady Madam Anisa, Deputy Chair Mr. Nyaga of A.S.K .Coast Region and Mr. Emmanuel Nzai C.E.O. of Jumuiya ya Wapwani.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
