CECM DAN MANYALA MEETS WITH BANGLADESH RESIDENTS REPRESENTATIVES 

Yesterday CECM Transport and infrastructure Manyala Dan has had a very fruitful and productive meeting with 
Bangladesh residents representatives led by Mikindani MCA Hon. Jacmadialo Madialo. 

The CECM, on behalf of Mombasa county government engaged on issues specific to the settlement with the representatives and outlined plans by Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir to find a lasting solutions

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
