HON ADEN DUALE JOINS PRESIDENT RUTO DURING THE 14TH ANNIVERSARY OF JOYFUL WOMEN ORGANIZATION 


Hon Aden Duale joined H.E President William Ruto, other State and foreign dignitaries, during Joyful Women Organization 14th anniversary at Kasarani, Nairobi County.

The Organization promotes women's economic empowerment and financial inclusion, through a unique model of Table Banking that incorporates technology and emerging financial practices.

Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the core pillars identified by the Kenya Kwanza Administration as the pathway towards economic recovery and inclusive growth, especially of the women and youth of our country.

Present for the commemoration were the First Lady Rachel Ruto, Deputy President’s spouse Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, African First Ladies Monica Geingos (Namibia), Rebecca Akufo-Addo (Ghana), Angeline Ndayishimiye (Burundi) and Janet Museveni (Uganda), the Prime Cabinet Secretary Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, Cabinet Secretaries Aisha Jumwa, Susan Nakhumicha, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, among other guests.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
