One of the rare breeds of leaders who have held on to the belief that leadership entails the art of identifying issues of great importance to the people and solving them.

Baraki MCA Hon Hassan Geley has time to time manifested what an extraordinary leader, person and human being he is by prioritising development and progress over petty politics. To him, the wellbeing of his people supercedes kow-towing to unnecessary political orchestra and it's masters.

He is an astute and an avid anti-corruption crusader who has valiantly exposed numerous scandals in his bid to ensure the funds for the people are used prudently. 

He is destined for bigger things. 

Today, I celebrate this phenomenon and fantastic leader.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
