HON UDGOON ACCUSE GOVERNOR NATHIF JAMA OF ENRICHING HIMSELF AND ADVANCE CORRUPTION IN GARISSA COUNTY  Garissa County Women Rep Hon Udgoon Siyat has accused the County Government of Garissa of gross negligence, wanton corruption abated by the officials with the full awareness Governor Nathif Jama calling the governance situation as dire and unacceptable.  The MP said the Governor chose to fill his pockets and those of his cronies while the state of the health in the county is in sad state of affairs. She questioned how billions of shillings allocated to the county has been spent adding that the absence or lack of chief officers in departments who double up as the accounting officers has given Nathif Jama the leeway to do whatever he wants irrespective of whether it's lawful or not.  Hon Udgoon also noted that despite GAWASCO getting millions both from the county and outsourcing funds from organisations, the biting water scarcity and dry taps across the county is a testa

GROUP RELEASE NG-CDF PERFORMANCE RANKING IN GARISSA CONSTITUENCIES  Garissa County Community Development Watchdog Group has officially released the NG-CDF performance ranking in all the constituencies making up Garissa County. The group have been working tirelessly at the grassroots doing performance appraisal of the NG-CDF and how it has effectively been used. The group Chairman Hassan Aden Gumo said they have done the research and visited all the six constituencies to come up with the findings that informed their list ranking from the best use of the NG-CDF by constituencies down to the worst.  The Group promised to continue monitoring the services rendered to the electorates by the prudent use of the NG-CDF. 

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.

HON ZAMZAM MOHAMMED AMONG THE MOST ACTIVE MPS IN PARLIAMENT  Mombasa County MP Hon Zamzam Mohammed has now appeared on the most active participant list in Parliament for the third consecutive time. She has been recognised for her bravely in presenting alot of issues of great importance to Mombasa people on the floor of the house more than anyone else. The first time politician has been hailed and earned praises for the way she has always agitated for the welfare of the great people of Mombasa county especially women and youthful folks.  Hon Zamzam has been an ever present feature in parliament while making sure she gets the opportunity to ask important questions regarding problems faced by her people.
