GROUP RELEASE NG-CDF PERFORMANCE RANKING IN GARISSA CONSTITUENCIES 




Garissa County Community Development Watchdog Group has officially released the NG-CDF performance ranking in all the constituencies making up Garissa County. The group have been working tirelessly at the grassroots doing performance appraisal of the NG-CDF and how it has effectively been used.

The group Chairman Hassan Aden Gumo said they have done the research and visited all the six constituencies to come up with the findings that informed their list ranking from the best use of the NG-CDF by constituencies down to the worst. 

The Group promised to continue monitoring the services rendered to the electorates by the prudent use of the NG-CDF.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
