Ms NOOR JEIZAN URGES LEADERS TO STAND UP FOR HER AGAINST DTB BANK.  Ms Noor Jeizan is calling upon all the political, religious and civil society leaders from Mombasa County and Coast at large to intervene and help her bid to address the injustice meted on her by DTB Bank. The widow has had a long protracted legal tussle with the bank which had without a reason, basis or sense overdrew her accounts to the tune of millions of shillings to service on a defaulted loan she has no knowledge of.  Ms Noor says the DTB Bank claims the loan was taken by her late husband but their assertions does not add up as the husband died years prior to the said loan being applied. The bank has continuously refused to furnish all the documents relating to the said fraudulent loan even going forward to seize assets belonging to the widow.  "I want justice. SHOCK AS DTB BANK CLAIM TO HAVE RECENTLY GIVEN A LOAN TO A MAN WHO PASSED AWAY OVER A DECADE AGO. DTB Bank costumers are on high alert after a jaw-dropping scandal was exposed of how the Bank management impound vehicles and seize assets of innocent customers due to nonexistent loan and unscrupulous arrears. The fraudulent loans which has never been given are then registered under the name of a deceased spouse. Noor Jeizan, a widow of the late Anwar Bayusuf was shocked when 4 of her vehicles and other assets have been seized by the bank in a loan they claim they owe to the late Anwar.  In a startling development, the Bank claims Mr Anwar applied for the loan long after he died as many people are still shocked how a man who died over a decade ago has been given a loan that has not been received by anyone. Help us enforce environmental laws, CS Duale urges judicial institutions Cabinet Secretary Hon. Aden Duale has asked judicial institutions led by the judiciary to support the Ministry and its agencies including NEMA to enforce the various environmental laws.  Speaking today at the launch of the 'Greening The Justice System: Framework, Theories, Elements and Practice Imperatives' Report at a Nairobi hotel, noted that environmental challenges facing the country were largely due to weak enforcement of existing laws. "Together we can build a justice system that not only upholds the rule of law but also protects our environment for the benefit of all Kenyans," CS Duale said. HON DUALE MEETS WITH CHILDREN'S INVESTMENT FUND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO DISCUSS INTERVENTIONS FROM THE NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE  The Ministry is working with partners in the roll out of interventions aimed to safeguarding children and other vulnerable groups from the worsening negative impacts of climate change. Cabinet Secretary Hon. Aden Duale this morning met a delegation from Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) led by Executive Director Ms. Faustina Fynn-Nyame to discuss opportunities for partnership.  Hon. Duale, who was joined in the meeting by Environment and Climate Change PS Dr. Eng. INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN MOMBASA COUNTY MUST BE COMMENDED. Lazima tumpe Waziri Manyala Dan heko na pongezi adimu kwa kazi anayoifanya na kuifanya bila mapendeleo au kuegemea sehemu moja. Kazi anaifanya tena kwa bidii.  What i like about Manyala Dan is his hands-on approach to ensure the work meets the requirements and standards. He never shies away or tires from constantly visiting projects sites to see for himself the level of work undertaken. Now, that's what leadership is. Being present and accessible.Manyala Dan keeps the spirit throughout his tenure, then Governor Abdulswamad's Infrastructural development and projects will be successful.  This guy is a reliable person.

Transport and infrastructure is the Best Performing Department in Mombasa County

TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE IS THE BEST PERFORMING DEPARTMENT IN MOMBASA COUNTY  The Department of Transport and Infrastructure has been lauded for being the best Department in Mombasa County government as CECM Manyala Dan has been hailed as a performance oriented and hardworking.  Numerous visible positive changes have been noted by the residents of Mombasa who are so far impressed with the Infrastructural development of Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir.  Many access roads have been well maintained and kept while the perennial darkness in neighbourhoods have been solved as the department has installed security lights across the county. Drainages and waterways have been cleared therfore solving the issues of spillage while the problems of open manholes have effectively been addressed.  Kudos to Governor Abdulswamad and his able CECM Transport and infrastructure Manyala Dan.

HON SHIDIYE IS THE IDEAL GOVERNOR FOR THE GREAT COUNTY OF GARISSA.  A prolific, globe-trotting and well experienced leader who has unwaveringly stood with his people all the time, Hon Shidiye sure doesn't need introduction. When the definition of a good leader is discussed, Hon Shidiye will be the reference given as he has proven time and time again of his impeccable leadership.  In 2027, the great people of Garissa county have a choice to make. A choice between good leadership and the status-quo of no progress and corruption. A choice between great leadership and mediocre leadership. Hon Shidiye ticks all the necessary boxes effortlessly as  the ideal Governor of Garissa county. Forget about the rest. They have nothing new to write home about.
