Manyala Dan is brilliant and outstanding technocrat who is well informed and knowledgeable about matters Transport and Infrastructure. His bold approach to issues under his docket and how articulates them is indeed admirable. 

His dedication to ensure the agendas of his boss Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir are implemented is unrivalled. What makes him even more efficient is how he is personally ensures the oversight of the work his office is doing even in the middle of the night.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
