Manyala Dan Urges Motorists to Exercise Responsible and Safe Driving during the Festive Season

MANYALA DAN CALLS FOR SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE DRIVING OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON 


Mombasa County CECM for Transport and Infrastructure Manyala Dan has urged motorists and road users to exercise responsible and safe driving as we gear towards the festive season. 

Mr Manyala bemoaned the number of fatalities that has occurred this year terming it as "unacceptable " saying it's everyones responsibility to ensure safety on our roads especially during the fast approaching Christmas holidays and the new year.

"Mombasa County lost 65 people between January and November 2024 on road crashes. This is totally unacceptable. Let's keep safe as we celebrate Christmas and New Year. Safety on our roads is responsibility of us all " he said.

Manyala said 9 people perished in November alone and called for sobriety and regards of safety.
