As the famed and well regarded Property mogul celebrates his birthday, Kenyan Guardian News conducted an interview with him where he manifested his rich understanding of business culture and weaving through multiple storms to emerge victorious. 

Mwenda Thuranira, founder and CEO of the thriving Myspace Properties cannot be more grateful to all the mistakes and failures as it has served a valuable lesson in his pursuit to create a vibrant property business and embark on a philanthropic mission to give back to the community. 

"It was not all rosy and comfortable during the onset operations of Myspace Properties. Things weren't going well. We had to endure. But with the support and encouragement of my wife Vanessa, we kept faith and prayed hard" Mwenda said.

Emphasising on the importance of patience and commitment, the Award winning CEO said many people give up on ambitious business projects due to lack of patience and belief in their abilities to turn things around. 

"Don't give up on your brainchild projects and ideas. Things will always be difficult on initial stages. Put in the hard work, rely on your networks and take your business story out for everyone to see and hear" Mwenda advised. 

Today, MySpace Properties has become a household name, setting standards of excellence in the real estate industry. Mwenda attributes his success to strategic planning and vision and integrity

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
