SAMBA VOWS TO BRING SANITY, ENERGY AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO ODM-MOMBASA 

Tobias Samba, a fiery and fearless leader who has never shied away from telling the establishment and the powerful the truth is a rare gem of new crop of leadership that bravely agitate for what they believe in without being coerced by those in higher authority. 

The staunch supporter and defender of ODM leader Raila Odinga, Mr Samba has often called out the hypocrisy of some of his own party leaders and exposed their double standards accusing them of favouritism and nepotism by rewarding cronyism and relatives while sidelining the party stalwarts who stood with ODM through good times and bad moments.

The former Tudor ward MCA says the entire party leadership in Mombasa is rotten and needs restructuring calling for elections numerous times. However, the powerful individuals seems to be frustrating his efforts in creating a vibrant party with huge popularity at the grassroots. Mr Samba said some people are afraid and scared to death as they are aware they will lose if party elections are held today.

"This party needs to be revamped. As of now, it's in the hands of these selfish people who have failed Baba many times because they want to be in power to continue stealing public funds " Samba said.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
