Corrupt Governor Abdulswamad is Fleecing Mombasa County Dry

CORRUPT GOVERNOR ABDULSWAMAD IS FLEECING MOMBASA COUNTY DRY 
Corrupt kingpin Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir has been giving county tenders to unscrupulous proxy companies owned by his immediate family in a bid to enrich himself even as the county county continue to grapple with issues.

According to an insider who asked for anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter, hundreds of millions have been paid upfront to companies owned or linked to Governor Shariff.

From lucrative Access Roads and other infrastructural projects to procurements to simple office supplies, the Governor in conjunction with CECs of all the departments, there has been an explicit directives for all the tenders to be given to Governor Abdulswamad's brother and other family members failure to which an adverse action will be taken. 

Wondering why there are little or no tender notices on the newspapers? Womder when or how the bidding has been done? 

Well, it's by default and design so that credible companies don't create competitions for the tens of companies registered and owned by the County boss who amassed huge fortune through corrupt ways.

Don't even talk about the cleaning conflict of interest. God save Mombasa.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same.
