Governor Natembeya's Reckless Remarks Must be Condemned by all- Garissa Youth Leader

GOVERNOR NATEMBEYA'S RECKLESS REMARKS MUST BE CONDEMNED BY ALL 


I condemn in the strongest term possible the reckless, irresponsible and totally unacceptable remarks by Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya faulting President William Ruto for removing the unnecessary vetting process during the acquisition of Identity Cards by the people of Northern Kenya. 

His remarks were not only stupid but also disrespectful to the region which is rightfully part of this country. In his drunken profiling stupor to please his demigods, Natembeya has failed to understand that equality in this modern day is not a privilege preserved for a few but a right enshrined in the Constitution of Kenya. We are citizens of Kenya and we are not a guest to anyone. Certainly not to Natembeya who is a known hateful personality and corrupt to the bone.

We ask Governor Natembeya to retract his xenophobic and reckless statements and apologise immediately as his utterances were nothing but a bold move to portray the region as unsafe and terrorist-laden. 

Such irresponsible statements from a leader is unacceptable in our current Kenya and must be condemned by all.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
