IRON LADY UDGOON SIYAT'S AFFINITY AND LOVE FOR HER COMMUNITY IS OVERWHELMINGLY CLEAR AND WHOLESOME

We all know what an exceptional person and leader our Garissa County Women Rep Udgoon Siyat is but every day, she gives us more reasons to believe that she is a heroine and quite simply a force to reckon with. 

Love her or hate her but you can't deny the fact that she has been brave enough to speak her mind and opinions without fear. She is stoic and upfront with her sentiments without mincing her words. When leaders are bold and clear in expressing their opinions, they manifest their stands on issues. 

Talking about issues......

Udgoon has long been vocal on many issues which many politicians simply don't delve into for fear of retribution. She has infamously tussled with Garissa County Governor and called him out for his wanton corruption practices and now she has bravely told off former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for his constant attacks and insults on the Somali community. 

The Garissa Iron Lady also came out guns blazing against Nyandarua Women Rep who shamelessly called the great people from North Eastern region "Al-Shabaab " accusing her of jigger pandemic in her backyard affecting her reasoning capacity. 

Given the type of docile politicians we have, it's a new breach of fresh air and encouraging to see one with the guts and bravery to put a powerful former DP in his rightful place. Leaders are those who defend their people when attacked. She has proven a worthy leader who must be supported and rallied behind.

Udgoon is making history. A good one for that matter.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
