MM Shurie in the realms of leadership and management can be summed up as the most impactful, visionary and transformative figure who prioritised efficiency, development and growth. His enviable history and track record in civil service is an evidence of his passion for positive impact and action aimed at empowerment.

MM Shurie, unlike others who are career politicians who promise alot and deliver nothing, will bring his vast knowledge and wealth of experience from the civil service where results are required. I have no doubt that he will deliver on his pledges and promises in a bid to address issues of concern to the great people of Garissa county. 

He is a renown problem-solver and a man enthusiastic about the welfare of his people. His commitment to improve the standards of education, infrastructure and provide durable and efficient solutions to numerous problems will come in handy. MM Shurie cares about our youths and believes in their abilities to bring about positive change. They will be huge part of his administration.

Shurie is known to be neutral. He hates cheap tribal and clan-based politics. He abhors nepotism, favouritism and alienation. He believes in unity and promoting equality. 

That's the kind of leadership our beautiful Garissa County needs.
