The welfare of the youth is precariously balanced and depends on a variety of things but most notable is the ultimate choice by the political leadership to recognize the importance of the young people in shaping our future as a society. For the community to flourish and have a thriving responsible youths, the leadership should integrate their identity, skills and views in the day-to-day broad decision-making that touches on many aspects of the people. 

As a Youth Leader, my main focus has always been to forge a path in which the exceptional contributions of the young population are appreciated and factored in as legitimate demography which are vital in achieving a society that's self-sufficient. When the youth are made part of a constructive endeavour, they tend to bring new ideas and diverse concepts to the table. They tend to see things from different perspectives and approach issues from unique angle. 

That's the beauty of incorporating our vibrant young population into key decision-making platforms.

It's about time the younger folks are appreciated, empowered and given the pedestal on which they can thrive on. By equipping them the skills to shape the society, we are cultivating the process of solving issues using new and unique ways. A special manner that can only be achieved in the perspective of the young men and women who make up a huge chunk of our population.

They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not?
