He is a leader driven by intelligence, discipline, timely delivery and a forward-looking mindset focused on progress and accountability which is exactly what Garissa County needs. 

True leadership is proven through service, consistency and results. Shidiye's track record and history of being result oriented and transformative leader is well documented. In a time when Garissa County is lacking a serious contender who is development minded and does care about the welfare of the people, true leaders like Shidiye is the ultimate choice to fill in the leadership gap and make the county great again.
While many candidates are driven by their prospects of air conditioned office comforts and the opulence of palatial surroundings, indulging in luxury funded entirely by the taxpayer, the ordinary residents of Garissa county are enduring a starkly different reality. Mr Shidiye, unlike the rest of his competitors, has vowed to create job opportunities for the young people, ensure funds are set aside for business startups for our mothers, building better schools, vocational training and health centers 

Shidiye's political leadership ideology seems to be hinged on delivery and restoring of hope for the great people of Garissa county.
