Hon Tobias Samba, a leader driven by intelligence, discipline, timely delivery and a forward-looking mindset focused on progress and accountability is exactly what Mvita needs. 

True leadership is proven through service, consistency and results. Samba's track record and history of being a result oriented and transformative leader is well documented. In a time when Mvita is lacking an MP who is development minded and doesn't care about the welfare of the people, true leaders like Hon Samba is the ultimate choice to fill in the leadership gap and make Mvita great again. 

While the current MP resides in air conditioned comfort within the opulence of his palatial surroundings, indulging in luxury funded entirely by the taxpayer, the ordinary residents of Mvita are enduring a starkly different reality. They are hemmed in by filth, bad roads, towering heaps of garbage and idle youth who are engaged in drugs and other social vices.

Hon Samba, unlike the current MP, has vowed to create job opportunities for the young people, ensure funds are set aside for business startups for our mothers, building better schools, vocational training and health centers
