Shahbal's Buxton Point Home Exposed to be Fraudulent Project for the Rich While Pushing the Poor Out

SHAHBAL's BUXTON HOME PROJECT EXPOSED TO BE UNAFFORDABLE, FRAUDULENT CASH GRAB WHILE PUSHING OUT THE POOR 



Buxton Point owned by Suleiman Shahbal has gradually turned to be opposite of what they previously used to sell the idea to the people: Affordable and for everyone. That it will be a project for the common Mwananchi. Now, it's a deeply corrupt one which has fleeced families and drove them to the brink of depression and bankruptcy. On top of the punitive costs to live there, the tenants are forced to pay huge amounts of money for their own water.

Who collects and gets all these revenues from the water and services? Shahbal, a billionaire. Yet, the politician lies saying he has lost millions when it has indeed been proven the opposite 

The project has now been exposed to be exclusively for the rich. 5 Million shillings each unit is not a price of common folks. They have lied and evicted families who lived there previously only to build apartments that only the owner's rich friends can afford. Luxurious BnBs which Shahbal controls and benefits from.

Then there is shameful tendency of denying the occupants the basic things that they are entitled to; water. The cries of the tenants is getting louder and louder every day. 

Shahbal has installed electronic meters for water tanks which cuts off water for families. You either pay for the water or you are not getting a drop of it. Families are struggling to even get water to drink or shower with.

Shops units are mostly vacant and empty as people can't afford to pay the exorbitant money needed to purchase or even lease it. You cannot even move in even if you have paid 90% of the amount.
