YOWPSUD CHAIRMAN AHMEDSIYAD IBRAHIM MEETS WITH COAST DEVELOPMENT BOARD CHAIRMAN MWINYI MZEE FOR A PARTNERSHIP TALK  Coast Development Board Chairman Mwinyi Mzee had a Consultative meeting with Yowpsud Chairman Ahmedsiyad Ibrahim whereby they resolved to work together and collaborate in empowering women and enhancing youth agenda . The discussions rotated around ways and mechanisms to effectively nurture talents, market products and availing resources that will uplift lives and create employment for many youths who are currently struggling with joblessness.  The partnership will also provide training and support for women groups while also formulating ways to help them sourcer funds for start-up. Mombasa County and its surroundings has received a heavy downpour that pounded the coastal town for over 10 hours and occasioned mass floorings that disrupted activities. Education is critical to posterity and societies will grow and thrive when we employ education as a means of empowering our society.  Mombasa County Woman Representative Hon. Zamzam Mohammed disbursed bursary cheques worth Ksh.8 million to aid in educating the needy students in Secondary Schols,Colleges and Universities.
