Governor Abdulswamad's wisdom and leadership skills is well manifested in his pick for his County Executives in each respective department. In all of the great men and women he placed in this dockets to drive his agendas for the people of Mombasa county, he chose technocrats and people with the knowledge and expertise. 

Case in point 

Transport and infrastructure CECM Manyala Dan has shown impeccable leadership in his docket. This man is selflessly toiling to ensure he drives the agendas of the Governor well. 

He is resolute. He is accessible. He is hardworking. He is industrious in his bid to ensure we delivers on his mandate.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
