HON SHEIKHOW IS DETERMINED TO MAKE IJARA THE BEST CONSTITUENCY IN KENYA. 



Ijara constituency MP Hon Abdi Ali Sheikhow has endeared himself to his constituents by actively seeking solutions to the issues affecting his people through engaging with relevant organisations to avail the necessary assistance to those affected by the floods. 

Sheikhow has shown impeccable leadership by standing up for his people without expecting anything from the incompetent Garissa County government who want to micromanage the area. He has directly been in touch with WFP and other aid organisations. His gallant effort is bearing fruit as his constituency benefited hugely from the Donors in form of food and medical materials. 

As the enemies of development and prosperity continue to earnestly spread propaganda, Hon Sheikhow has rolled up his sleeves in a bid to ensure his people are well cushioned from the effect of the rains.

In Hon Sheikhow, Ijara has indeed unearthed a gem.

TUDOR WARD AND THE SPILLAGE OF RAW SEWAGE INTO HOUSES POINTS TO POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.  The people of Tudor Four have been neglected by the County Government of Mombasa. They are up in arms over raw sewage spilling of into their houses as the drainages are yet be unclogged.  They said they have appealed to Governor Abdulswamad but he has so far ignored them. The sewage has submerged part of the road forcing pedestrians to look for alternative routes. "So the county government has preference of which area to help or not? Why is Tudor ward not getting the services we deserve? Salim Abdalla said. He warned the Governor that they will not vote for him again since he no longer treats all areas the same. The ongoing heavy rains has exposed the weaknesses of the County Government of Mombasa especially it's preparedness to tackle flood related issues.
